Product descriptions, compatibility, condition, prices and availability are shown on the applicable product page and at checkout. Prices are displayed in AED and include applicable tax unless checkout clearly states otherwise. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order and will contact the customer if an order is affected.
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment authorisation, stock confirmation and dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, stock error, delivery restriction or an obvious catalogue error; any captured amount for a cancelled order will be refunded.
The Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Warranty pages form part of these terms. Product-specific safety, age, weight, compatibility and care instructions must be followed.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, TruCare FZC is not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse, failure to follow product instructions, or events outside reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any mandatory consumer forum or remedy available under applicable law remains available.
