Shipping & Delivery

We ship from the United Arab Emirates to UAE addresses and selected GCC destinations accepted by our checkout. The delivery charge and available service are shown before payment.

Processing and delivery estimates

• Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment and stock confirmation.
• Most UAE orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Remote areas, oversized products, weekends and UAE public holidays can require additional time.
• For selected GCC destinations, the checkout and order confirmation provide the available service. Customs clearance can extend delivery time.

Shipping charges

The exact shipping charge is calculated from the products and destination and is displayed at checkout before you place the order. We do not advertise an unconfirmed free-shipping threshold. Cross-border duties or import charges are shown at checkout when collected by us; otherwise they may be collected by the destination authority or carrier.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking is sent when the carrier service supports it. Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable local phone number. Contact us promptly if the address is wrong, a parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be found.
